About Us

India Association of Greater Canton (IAGC) was formed in the 1970’s by passionate and caring members of Indian community in the Canton, Ohio area. IAGC was a vehicle to celebrate the festivals, share the culture and traditions.

Today some 40 years later, the next generation of IAGC is continuing to grow that original vision. The IAGC committee members are working on events which are meaningful to the community with origins in India, but also to the larger Canton area community. We want to share our dynamic, vibrant and diverse culture with all those with an interest in India.
